Contemporary porcelain patio in new build home.

Like most new build homes the garden landscaping leaves a lot to be desired and this home was no different. The small yellow concrete slab area was insufficient for a seating area and the lawn was uneven and poorly laid.

Kennedy Landscapes soon changed the poorly built new home garden into a beautiful outdoor space that incorporated a stylish and contemporary porcelain patio.

The customer visited our garden display showground and decided that she liked the a clean looking contemporary paving choice of porcelain that worked better in her garden than the more traditional sandstone paving often used.

It was decided to build the main patio area on a different level to the paving leading from the gate to the back patio doors. This works works well and separates the main patio too the rest of the garden.

Stepping stones were chosen to break up the hard standing area and surrounded with black ice aggregate. This area leads to the new lawn that is surrounded with a flower bed and ready for planting.

The Result

The after photos say it all. This clean looking contemporary outdoor space can now be enjoyed for years to come.
