Wonderful transformation of a back garden in Sayers Common

Chris & Kirsti are the proud owners of this new build property in Sayers Common. Unfortunately they were not so proud of the garden. As usual when builders do landscaping it leaves a lot to be desired. Patio was small and lawn laid on clay.

The garden design process was started and three concept designs were competed. The chosen design was a simple easy to maintain garden idea for a young family.

The couple visited our garden display at Hickstead and settled on a Raj Green tumbled patio finished off with a granite edging.

This L shaped paving area was designed to have the main seating area at the end of the garden due to how the sun settled into the garden. The new lawn was laid on a good thickness of topsoil proving to be a perfect play areas for their son.
