Artificial Grass & Decking
This back garden had been re-turfed a few times over the years and struggled each time due to the heavy clay ground. The customer opted for some artificial grass and decking to solve the problem once and for all and we were happy to oblige!
This is a great example of a project that looks much better once the area is leveled. A lot of landscapers would bypass this in order to save time, but we always take on the little extras that will make all the difference to the end result!
We constructed a new path and decking area in the corner with a sleeper edge to match all of the surrounding decking. The previously redundant area by the back wall now has some new decking too and is ready for some plant pots and ornaments to brighten the space up!
The artificial grass looks beautiful and, because it is constructed with a type 1 hardcore base, it drains perfectly. No more muddy grass!
